Employers attending Tertiary to Work
Health and Education Fair 

See below organisations attending the event!

Employers attending include Education Sponsor, ACT Education Directorate along with the Catholic Education Office, Teach NSW, the Association of Independent Schools of the ACT and the Finigan School of Distance Education. Representatives from specialist schools Cranleigh, Malkara and the Woden School will also be in attendance, as well as two NSW regional schools: Yass and Queanbeyan High Schools. Opportunities available include teaching and educator roles, learning support and other school based positions.

 

Health employers include Health Sponsor Calvary Care, plus APM Group, Canberra Health Services (with representatives from Nursing, Allied Health and Mental Health), ARPA, ACT Ambulance Service, Goodwin Aged Care, Catholic Care, LDK, RSL LifeCare and Ability Action Australia! This event is for students of all health degrees.

 

The Australian Federal Police (AFP) and the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE) will also be in attendance. The AFP offer opportunities for Education, Social Work, Nursing, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Health Sciences and Psychology (and more!). DESE offer generalist graduate program and a range of policy roles.

 

The event will feature an employer panel at 2.30pm, with speakers exploring the topic of "Turning COVID impacted studies into graduate gold" plus a career fair (2-5pm) to meet individual organisations and find out about current/upcoming opportunities.
